No feedback will be considered your Confidential Information, and nothing in this Agreement limits our right to independently use, develop, evaluate, or market products or services, whether incorporating feedback or otherwise.
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to the Terms.
